He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. Hmmm. This sounds like those people who show up to your church, smiling all big, acting like they are there to help the ministry......meanwhile back at the ranch, they are prophelying and trying to gain a following. When they can't get the foothold that they want they begin to spread lies on the way out to the next unsuspecting congregation. If this is you...be careful. Warning comes before destruction.
